    STORY
    The film is about Ray & Claire, two longtime lovers and corporate spies team up to stage an elaborate con and steal a valuable product.

    Breakdown
    Richard Garsik
    45-65. This "hyperactive, hyper-effective and hypervisionary" man is the extremely wealthy, powerful CEO of Equikrom. He is absolutely obsessed with discovering what his rival, CEO Howard Tully, is up to at his company, Burkett & Randle. Though Garsik is a ruthless shark in the corporate world, he also displays a joviality that can be amusing and disarming; he loves playing spy vs. spy and gets very excited about the possibility of covert meetings. He's convinced that Tully is waiting for Garsik's shareholder conference before unveiling his new, top-secret product, and Garsik demands that his team of corporate spies steal the intel first. Lead;

    Howard Tully
    50-75. The beloved CEO of Burkett & Randle, he is a towering legend in the corporate world, an origami fan and the type of guy who will buy a dump just so he can go through a competitor's trash. He is on the verge of unleashing a super-secret new product that will reposition his company in the global marketplace, and his rival Garsik is desperate to find out what it is. He calls Claire into his office to discuss corporate evolution and to reveal the nature of the product. Lead;

    Duke Monahan
    40-60, tough and intelligent, but with a good sense of humor when warranted. He's a mercenary spy for hire and the leader of Equikrom's corporate espionage group. He runs all the meetings that keep Garsik up-to-date on the group's progress, and he's extremely entertained by the fact that Ray and Claire have an acrimonious romantic history. Lead;

    Jeff Bauer
    30s-40s, shifty and engaging. He is Claire's co-worker and rival in the Counterintelligence Department of Burkett & Randle. He's "torn between the desire to seduce and destroy," but though he's attracted to Claire, mostly we get the sense he can't wait to stab her in the back. He and Claire go undercover to extract Ronny Partiz, the creator of Burkett & Randle's top-secret new product, from a casino in the Bahamas. Bauer's agenda fluctuates from loyal company man to sniveling out-and-out thief and back again. Lead;

    Fetyov
    Russian (and speaks it fluently), with a seen-it-all demeanor and attire. He works with Ray in corporate guerilla espionage for Equikrom. He and Ray infiltrate Burkett & Randle's Travel Department and head to the Bahamas in an attempt to locate Ronny Partiz. Lead;

    Ned Guston
    40-60, skilled and strong, his impressive resume includes the Marine Corps, Chicago PD and FBI; now he leads the Counterintelligence Office at Burkett & Randle, where he participates in weekly briefing sessions with Claire and Bauer, and orders their assignments. Lead;

    Dale
    Another member of Equikrom's corporate espionage team. He works with Ray and grows frustrated when Ray alters protocol; however, he also thinks Ray is the man, and he likes quoting Ray and playing the tape of Ray and Claire's fight. Supporting;

    Pam Frales
    50ish. This super capable, slightly sharp-tongued woman is another member of Equikrom's corporate espionage team. You name it, she can do it. She tells Duke that there's nothing going on in Burkett & Randle's Research and Development Department; whatever their new product is, it must be from outside. Supporting;

    Parvez Patel
    20s-30s, Middle Eastern. Good with computers, he's a "walking algorithm" who used to work for the Pentagon and now works for Equikrom's corporate espionage team. He helps hijack Burkett & Randle's signal traffic by planting a copier in Human Resources. Supporting;

    Barbara Bofferd
    40, a Manhattanite with Tennessee roots. She is the Senior Account Executive at Burkett & Randle's Travel Department. While enjoying a cocktail after work, she is charmed and seduced by Ray (and his faux-Southern gentleman act). She is happy to help him with his "travel problem" and gets totally snowed in the process. She sobs during Claire's interrogation, but insists if she had it to do over again, she wouldn't change a thing;

    Ronny Partiz
    25, scrawny and self-serving, he was kicked out of Cornell Med School for plagiarizing an article, but became a biochemistry whiz who developed a skin cream and created Dermavale Labs, which was sold to Burkett & Randle for billions. Now he spends his days wasted and out of it, living in a $10,000/day penthouse in the Bahamas;

    Turtleneck
    This mysterious figure wearing a turtleneck follows Ray through several busy Manhattan streets, tailing him for reasons unknown. He struggles to stay incognito. Later, he shows up at JFK airport, still tracking Ray;

    Physec #1 & Physec #2
    These two physical security officers at Burkett & Randle apprehend Bauer, and brief Claire and Guston on what they've discovered;

    Realtor
    This realtor leads Ray and Fetyov through a swelteringly hot warehouse in Georgia, where Dermavale used to have its operations;

    Big Dutch Suit
    This Dutch female corporate executive opens a briefcase filled with cash and hopes to purchase Ray and Claire's product formula;

    Counter Sloth
    At a bowling alley dinette, this fast food clerk takes forever getting Ray's pizza;

    Mr. Security
    A "big, smooth, jarhead enforcer," he asks Ray and Fetyov for their hotel room keys. He's pleasant at first, but quickly grows hardened and nononsense;

    The Aide
    Garsik's slightly nervous aide. He or she reminds Garsik of his appointments and at the last second is sent off with Garsik's double; Waiter: In Rome, this Italian waiter asks Ray if something's wrong;

    Hotel Manager
    In Rome, this Italian hotel manager pushes a big fat bill under Ray's room door; Baccarat Dealer: In a casino in the Bahamas, this dealer tries to get Ronny's attention;

    Waiter
    At an airport lounge, this waiter brings champagne to Ray and Claire;

    Assistant #1
    One of Tully's assistants, he or she calls Claire's name to enter Tully's office.
